2016 Rzr 1000 power commander 5 help

So I have a power commander for a 2014 Rzr 1000 with boost. It's from silbers kit. Have a 2016 tho and the part numbers are different on them. On the 15/16 they just added the o2 on them is that correct. I have a 14 Ecu can I just put that in there for the time being and run it

820 kit base map? help/tips

hey guys i have a 2009 800 with a a 820 kit, s cam, k&n filter, and a two bro juice box was hoping some one would have some iput on were to start tuning or even better possibly a base map to start with. the tbr controller can work with pc3 tunes if that helps. any help would be great, thanks

I know a Sportsman is not a rzr but I was seeing if somebody could point me in the right direction. I want an ECU tune for the Sportsman 1000xp for specific exhaust. I have contacted some vendors and they all say "its on our list". Does anybody know of somebody that is already doing this? Thanks and sorry its not a rzr haha.

I have a limited qty of the API AEM Infinity standalone Plug N Play systems for the XP1K and XP900. These are private labeled units from API which is no longer in business. They come with FULL warranty and are new in sealed boxes. Please note the part number (30-3811-PDI) as it will show you that these were produced for PDI (parent company of API). $1250 for limited time.

The Infinity ECU for Polaris RZR XP 1000 (Infinity 508 PN 30-7112, ECU pictured is for XP900 PN 36-7108) includes an engine-specific start-up calibration and connects to the engine via a Plug & Play harness that is included (PN 30-3811).

Complete Stand Alone Engine Control
When combined with AEM’s Plug & Play Adapter Harness, the Infinity completely replaces the factory ECU and installs quickly using all supplied hardware and sensors. A base map for the engine is included to speed up the tuning process.

Tune it Once for Sea Level and Altitude
The Infinity’s VE-based tuning model ensures one-time tuning for all altitudes. It can be tuned at sea level and driven to high altitudes without the need to make adjustments to the tuning calibration.

Complete Plug & Play Systems for All RZR Models
A MAP sensor, AIT sensor, wideband AFR sensor and ignition coil driver are included in each Plug & Play RZR kit to ensure quick installation. Connections for the factory sensors are included on each Plug & Play wiring harness. The Infinity ECU supports the factory injectors and injector upgrades through the Wizard in the software. Drive-by-Wire is supported on RZR XP models and boost control with aftermarket turbo systems (boost control solenoid PN 30-2400 recommended, sold separately).

Full Dashboard Functionality
The Infinity ECU integrates with the RZR’s CANbus system to retain full dashboard functionality on each vehicle.

AWD Control is Fully Supported
AWD control is supported through the Infinity ECU to retain the RZR’s formidable off road capabilities.

Closed-Loop Wideband Feedback Control
The Infinity ECU includes an on-board UEGO wideband air/fuel ratio (AFR) controller. A Bosch 4.2LSU UEGO sensor (PN 30-2001) is included with each Plug & Play kit.

Plug & Play Harness with Expansion Port
AEM’s sealed, weatherproof Plug & Play harness for Polaris RZRs includes an AEMnet port for communication with other AEMnet enabled devices.

An expansion port with a weatherproof 12-pin connector is included in the Plug & Play Adapter Harness for adding common aftermarket sensors including fuel and/or oil pressure (30-2130-150 150 PSI) and ethanol content (ethanol content sensor PN 30-2200 sold separately). The expansion port also includes a sensor ground, 5v reference, power from relay and switched inputs for boost target, etc.
(Please note: The part # on the ECU box is for the XP900, not the 1K. I have both, just didn't want to open another box).

Currently have the dmc double down intake and slp exhaust on my xp4, but looking to add Alba's stage 2 cams soon. Is the gen 4 dobeck really worth the extra $$$? Or will the gen 3.5 be just as good?

INFINITY 8H Knock sensor addition

Hello, Ive been trying to figure the best way to and knock detection to my Infinity 8H.... I understand there are 2 styles that can be used ...... heres the questions / statements :

1) Use a bosch style Part number 0 261 231 006 this uses a "EV1" style connector.... (like fuel injectors)

2) the "aux" plug does not have the knock detection within the plug for ease of adding the knock 1.... So i need to wire directly to the main ECU plug

3) For the above connection.... where is the best place to get the "negative" for that circuit as i don't want to intruduce any additional electrical noise....

4) Best place to physically mount the sensor.... thinking beneath the exhaust manifold low as to keep it away from cam noise .....

Okay so this is my first post on the forum, and usually i try to search the forum for my answer before creating a new thread, but I'm just not seeing an answer.

I have a 2012 900xp with a stage 2 alba kit, and ever since the kit was installed the header has been cracking when I'm wide open in the dunes. So first i bought the aftermarket header which is supposed to be a little thicker but i think its happened again. I called Alba because they have always been super helpful and their customer service is near perfect. the guy i spoke to said that i could add some fuel to bring the temps down. The rzr has a PCV and the autotune but I'm not familiar with the dynojet tuning setup does anybody have any pointers or links that could help me out. Any help is greatly Appreciated!!!

Does anyone know if there are ecu's that work on different years or models I have a 900 trail 2015 and want to reflash but was looking at a used to send in for the flash.Thanks for any help.

I was curious if anyone know more info about using a MAC ebc vs AEM's ebc.

All of the other Brands outsourced and they are just re-branded and relabeled for sale.

Is this exact same valve that AEM repackages as the 30-2400?

Was uploading tune in my turbo and it froze at 95%

Sat for over a hour and no change.. cycled the key and nothing. Had to switch power off to get it to restart and unplugged. Now will not power on with key turned on and in battery mode I get this message when you enter any tuning options. But if you power it on in battery mode it will establish communication when the key is switched on


I've checked all fuses and connections.. everything is good.. all I can figure is that my computer is now junk or I'm gunna have to take it to the dealer and reflash it.

Ps. The rzr will not crank now either assuming the computer is locked/blank

Any advice or things to check? Never really messed with these tuners much on a rzr

Hi group, my question is for either the sponsors of the group or the people that tune ECU's. I have a rzr 800 2011 model. I did a turbo kit(home built) and I'm currently using the power commander for tuning the engine now. It does work, runs fairly good, boost compensation works ok, runs and drives good. I want it to be better lol. Who sells new(re programmed) ecu's or who can I send my ecu to, to have it re flashed for my current combo? I'm hoping there is a lot of support in this department lol.

Normal change after muffler upgrade?

I need a little experience with the upgrade I just made: added aeroturbine muffler (which sounds great) but now the gas usage is three times as much. No it's not because I'm s&&ting and getting alot more. hahaha

So the real question is does the muffle upgrade normally need an tuner or reflash added?

The areo/ vent racing site has nothing on this and I have requested info from them.

Any info would be great.

Im trying to change the tune on my 2012 rzr900xp but i can't even connect to my power commander. The power commander is showing that it is getting power by the power led. I have the software on my computer and I'm running windows 7. I plug in the mini USB that is brand new "bought yesterday with a phone charger". I go to pull up the software and says nothing is connected. Ive tried every single usb port on my computer and have uninstalled and reinstalled the pcv software multiple times. Someone please help!!!!!

I found this forum while searching for information on tuning the Bosch ME17 family of ECUs. Seems like a lot of good info here, but I did not find any mention of the DynoJet's PVCX flash tuner that was just introduced for the Polaris RZR and Indian Motorcycles.

Here's a brochure referencing the PVCX for use on Indian Motorcycles, but it is the same unit for the Polaris RZR's too.


I've been beta testing the unit for my Indian. Thought I would mention it here to see if anyone has used it yet to flash their ECU?

Trying to install tune with Bullydog. I watched the video on BMP site. It said before downloading new tune I should backup stock tune to a card. When I try to do this I get an error and it won't let me continue.
