ECU reading
Hello everyone!
I am new to the Forum and the Polaris field.
I deal with all kinds of systems installed on a vehicle.
I would like to get the data from the ECU through the diagnostic connection but after wandering through the forum I did not find a satisfactory explanation of how I connect exactly to the plug via OBD to start with to find the exact protocol.
The final destination is to connect to the controller using CANbus and only use the data, do not change and just read them.
I would be very happy if someone could help me!
Thanks!

Rev 1 ecu tuner for 2018 900
Hello, I have a 2018 900s4 and like the rev 1 tuner (especially the price). The problem is they dont make one that says 2018 approved. Does anyone know the difference between 2017 and 2018 ecu? Can rev 1 be used for a 2018? Have not heard they changed anything between the 2 years.

2012 RZR 4 XP900 PC5 modified tune
Hi All,
I am chasing a tune for my 2012 RZR 4 XP900. Long story short I purchased the ride with a blown engine and have since rebuilt it with some modifications, any help to get me in the ball park would be appreciated. I have currently have the 935 tune from Bikeman performance installed and will run with that if I cannot find something more suitable.
Modifications include, cylinder works 975 big bore kit - 11.5 Cp pistons, I & E Stage 2 hot Cams, Airaid air filter and snorkel, dragonfire single exhaust and obviously Power commander 5. Bike will be operating at basically sea level the majority of the time.
Thanks again Jon.

Dynojet Power Vision V3 problems
Got the new Power Vision V3 from Aftermarket Assassins and have nothing but problems with it. Waiting to hear back from AA but thought Id see if anyone else had problems. I have the stage 2 & stage 3 tunes. Doesnt matter which tune I use Im seeing a max of 11 lbs of boost with the wastegate adjusted & no difference in performance no matter which tune is used. No boost leaks, no codes, no driveability issues at all just nowhere near the power I expected and it feels about the same as stock down low. I have the AA charge tube and intake tube also. Tuner will go blank sometimes for no reason and will not display sensor data. Tuner never loses power, just decides to stop showing data. If I run the stock tune the Power Vision will not read/display any of the sensor data either. It comes and goes when the stage 2 or 3 tune is in but will not read data at all if I run the stock tune. It has at times also had a communication error when trying to load the tune, even though its connector is locked in and the unit is powered up I get a no vehicle connected error. I have to cycle the key and let it power down then back up again.
Target boost moves from 14 at idle up to 20 when Im driving. Actual boost never exceeds 11 lbs. Vehicle pulls about like it did stock, no better, but somewhat dies on the top end, doesnt fall on its face it just feels like it just stops making good power. Doesnt pull as well as stock did over 40 mph ish. Loooking for opinions on what sensor data I should look at to see where the problem might be. Thanks in advance..
2017 Turbo XP 2 seater. AA intake tube, AA charge tube, AA catch can, AA blow off vavle, AA S2 clutch, Dyno Jet Power Vision V3, Gibson dual exhaust, aluminum intake box, K&N filter with Outerwears.

AEM CD5 Digital Display
Anyone have real world experience with the CD5 display? I've been tinkering with the idea of replacing the stock Polaris display with a CD5 display. I see no future plans to replace the factory ECU but would like a way to see additional data that the stock display can't provide. I'd like to add additional sensors and the CAN Bus display and sensor modules will make this much easier than adding a bunch of gauges.
I currently use a Dynojet PCX to program the stock ECU and have it mounted to the steering column as a display. I'd like to leave it connected to the OBD port and connect the CD5 to the factory display harness.
Sensors to be added:
EGT
Wideband O2
Oil Temp
Oil Pressure
Trans Temp
Belt Temp
Thinking of using the basic display PN 30-5600 - CD-5 Carbon Non-Logging Non-GPS version and 6 Channel CAN Sensor Module PN 30-2226.
Thoughts?

Also. Same question with a clutch kit. Thanks for the help

Dynojet WBCX
Has anyone tried and if so how did it go. I have 2015 900 EPS so, it doesn't have a narrow-band O2 or knock sensor.
Don't know if I will have any benefit other than (maybe) fuel efficiency.
I have found the PVCX data logging to be most helpful for clutch tuning.
Please let me know your experience as I am about to go down this Rabbit Hole.
I first got onto this by reading the following. Great info but somewhat off topic for RZR.

Cx tuning license
Ok so I'm finally getting my turbo kit wrapped up on my rs1 and now I'm looking further into the tuning side of things. I know my way around the pc3 and pc5 dynojet software very well as well as efi live and hptuners in the car world. I'm in the process of figuring out how to use this power core dynojet software and am looking for a few tips. First is the tune license. I tried to upload my stock tune and it says I don't have the proper tune license to open a tune file in the power core software. So I get online to find out they want 199 for a single tune license! What a rip-off! Anyhow I just want to make damn sure I'm not missing something and that I do indeed need to buy a license to access the tunes in power core. 2nd is how well does the auto tune feature work on the cx with wideband. I didn't plan on using it but it sure would b nice if it actually works.

2015 1000xp timing
Does anyone have a graph/chart showing what oem 2015 1000xp timing is? I know there is a few horsepower to be had from a timing tweak as most reputable tuners do this to gain Hp. Just curious if anyone has any info on what stock timing is. Dynatek and power commander 5 tunes all pretty much bump up the timing 4 degrees from 80 percent throttle to 100 but that’s all. Sparky used to be a lot of help on this topic. My rzr is na not boosted and mainly stock with the addition of a slip on. Thanks
